Cucumber Rolls

This recipe is a nice add up for your asian dinners. Make as many rolls as you can and enjoy! Portions for 2 people Ingredients: 150 g of fresh salmon 100 g of fresh tuna 2 Japanese cucumbers (long) 3 tablespoons chopped chives 2 tablespoons sesame oil 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds 2 tablespoons cream cheese 1/2 tablespoon low salt soy sauce Salt and pepper to taste Spicy drops recommended options: Mild Mustard - Wasabi -Sriracha sauce

Directions: 1. Mix the tuna and salmon previously cutted into small cubes, chives, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour. 2. Using a grater very carefully peel the cucumbers so that they are long and thin strips. 3. Mix the cream cheese with the drops of spicy selected until you get a paste and store in a plastic bag or a pastry duya. 4. Place a tablespoon of the fish mixture on one end of the cucumber strip. Roll carefully and finish closing with a stick. 5. Garnish with cream cheese and sesame pasta.
